We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase fromTimbercord If you’re not happy for any reason, here’s our straightforward policy.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.


2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at Timbercord2025@outlook.com. to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.

We are not responsible for items returned without an RMA or sent to an incorrect address.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind or size, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-15 business days. The time it appears in your account depends on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or return at our expense.
